Sony Ericsson Support Center

I had a problem. I couldnot find my SIM services menu. I searched all options in hte menu to find a SIM services K300i, it said in manual that you ull find it in hte connectivity before IR. but it was missing htere.. so finally I had to contact hte support center... here goes the saga :

I mailed them. My mail was short. I just wrote :

I cant find my SIM Services I have a K300i and a BPL
connection

The reply was very unexpected :

I dint know a Call center excecutive had so little sense to understand my problem. I tried to be more specific. I was furious. I wrote :

I have a SE K300i Phone with BPL mobile connection in it.
I amnot able to find the SIM services menu. Ideally this should be present in the connectivity menu as a submenu before the IR etc..

Normally this menu appears in hte nokia phone in hte last list. For Sony Ericsson mobiles, as per the PDF file it should be in the CONNECTIVITY.

in Connectivity i have :
Infra Red
Synch
Mobile Networs
Data comm.
Internet settings
Streaming settings
Settings for java

and i dont see any other stuff the er from wher i could access the service providers menu.

CAN you people there could be of any help ????



This time i could find out hte Call center excecutive had absolutely no sense !. The reply was :

"mobile networks" in connectivity in Model# K300i
